What You Will Do:

The Patient Advocate will provide a wide variety of services for the patients and their families. These services may include, but are not exclusive to, greeting patients and family members on arrival to the Emergency Department, serving as a liaison between families and staff, accessing community services for patient and families as needed; begins crises interventions as deemed appropriate; and may also provide coverage for Administrative Assistant as necessary.
Experience
Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to direct public interaction
