We are looking for highly motivated team players with prior leadership and baking experience, to join our team as Pastry Lead. This position involves motivating and supervising our team in preparation, production and baking of pastry items while ensuring the sanitation and safety in all work areas. This position is responsible for writing orders, inventory, and verification processes. Must be able to lift 30-50lbs, stand for the duration of the shift, handle physical repetitive motions, and work in hot and cold environments, and as a Lead this position must have flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school education or equivalent, required
• Previous baking experience, required
• Prior experience leading a team, preferred
• TB Clearance required
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements
