Black Swan Hospitality is looking for an experienced pastry chef to join the Nolita Hall Team!
We make all of our Breads & Desserts in- house. Must have knowledge/experience in bread making, dough fabrications, dessert menu development. Must have experience in french macarons and knowledge of french pastries and french pastry techniques.
Create systems of organization, accountability and hospitality for Nolita Hall’s pastry program. Lead by example. Uphold and promote the culture of Nolita Hall as the Executive Pastry Chef for our kitchen program to both staff and patrons. Communicate with the Executive Chef with orders, decisions, or events. Ensure all pastry production is consistent/ pastry station checks everyday. Work with pastry assistant to uphold pastry program at Nolita Hall.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
