Job description

This position will represent Japan Airlines (JAL) as a Passenger Service Representative at Los Angeles International Airport by providing superb quality services to our passengers. Responsibilities include performing arrival/departure duties, check-in, escorting passengers, VIP, gate handling, VIP lounge handling, supervise our partner flight handling company staff and other necessary passenger handling. The position is full-time and offers competitive health and vacation benefits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office products such as Google Work Space, Word, & Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa support available)

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience in the airline passenger service handling is preferable
• Japanese language skill is preferable
• Knowledge in Amadeus Check In /Reservation system preferred
