Key Responsibilities:

• Commit to our Customer Service and Quality Standards
• Maintain a high standard of safety and security according to the Air France & KLM safety policies
• Check-in with document verification, perform gate and arrival, lounge duties, provide general flight information, assist with baggage service and provide arriving passengers with immigration and customs information
• Acquire and deploy new skills though training

Job Requirements:

• Provide a safe and secure flight handling for arrivals and departures
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Altea DC, WorldTracer etc. are preferred
• Shift work is required, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Word and Excel are preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Pass an extensive post offer pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug test
• Ability to occasionally lift heavy bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Specifics:

• Regularly rotating shifts within hours of operation
• $16/hour
• 25-35 hours / week (during the winter season)
• up to 40 hours / week (during the summer season)
• Working 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off
• Comprehensive training will be provided
