Taylor Implement Company is a full-service Claas Ag Equipment Dealer with Locations in Yuma CO, Greeley CO, and Hoxie KS. Specializing in Jaguar Forage Harvesters, Lexion Combines, Axion and Xerion tractors. We also support a full line of JCB, Deutz Fahr, Kioti and Vermeer equipment. Taylor Implement specializes in Hay and Forage equipment and we are one of the largest Hay and Forage dealers in the United States. We have been in the agricultural business for over 51years and staff over 40 employees within the three Locations. Taylor Implement is seeking to hire an Ag Parts Manager in the Yuma CO Location

JOB SUMMARY: Oversee a variety of customer service, merchandising, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties. Position is responsible for supervising and operating a profitable, safe, efficient, and effective parts dept.

Job Description as Follows

• Supervise parts department employees including interviewing, hiring, and performance management; conduct reviews and determine wage increases; setting work schedules, assigning locations, and monitoring workload; providing opportunities for training and growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the dept. is running as effectively as possible.
• Promote and merchandise parts and accessories using all appropriate advertising methods.
• Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system.
• Recruit, recommend and train parts personnel to support customer service requirements.
• Control and maintain proper paper flow in the Dept.
• Conduct a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
• Attend schools & seminars as directed by senior management.

Fulfilling the below warehouse duties when required:

• Put away stock orders
• Pull parts orders for service department
• Complete cycle inventory counts

To be successful in this position you will need the following:

Qualifications include:

· A valid Drivers' License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Status to operate company vehicles.

· Communication with Service Manager, Technicians and Sales Department co-workers on work-related ideas and question

· Understand the importance of Inventory control and how it applies to maintaining an accurate inventory.

· Must participate in all requested dealership and manufacturers' required training.

· Must assist in maintaining and cleaning workstation, parts warehouse, shipping/receiving area, and showroom

· Job will require longer work hours during summer and harvest seasons, or as workload demands.

· Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.

· Should understand financial management as it relates to the Parts Department
