Are you looking for the next step in your career? Serra Chevrolet Southfield is hiring an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our growing Parts department. We are having record months and looking for someone to continue the growth! Pay is Salary plus bonus.

GM and CDK experience is a plus!

No late nights, parts closes at 5pm on the weekdays!

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees are properly trained to meet department, store and customer needs.
• Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.
• Full compliance with all procedures, policies and rules regarding the maintenance of warranty parts as set by the manufacturer
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
• Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Accountable for the physical appearance and maintenance of the parts inventory, retail display storage space, and other assets utilized by the parts department. Making sure all parts areas are in accordance with state and federal OSHA laws to ensure a professional, safe environment for customers and employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
