TCI-Evansville is looking for a part-time Parts Delivery Driver to become an integral part of our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career with our growing family-owned company. The Parts Delivery Driver provides customers with prompt and accurate pickup and delivery of parts to customer locations. He or she verifies orders for accuracy and ensures deliveries are timely so that customers get or keep their trucks on the road.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer orders by pulling inventory and loading items into delivery vehicle in a safe, organized manner.
• Check and verify new and pending orders to coordinate last-minute, expedited deliveries before departure.
• Utilize Elite Extra to organize customer deliveries via the most efficient routing.
• Review deliveries, invoices, payments, and/or purchase orders for accuracy.
• Assist customers with parts returns and/or cores following company return processes.
• Maintain an accurate record of daily deliveries and pick-ups, including payment, recipient’s signature, and returns.
• Ensure the parts delivery vehicle is clean, maintained, and is operating properly.
• Unload vehicle at the end of shift and turn in undelivered parts and all paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet insurance requirements
• Prior experience working with the public or in a delivery role preferred
• Proven ability to engage positively with customers via experience working with the public or in a delivery role
• Compliance with company policies, including company vehicle usage
• Resourceful, collaborative team player with the ability to also self-manage time and thrive independently
• Ability to lift or move up to 70 lbs. unassisted
