We need to hire a Parts & Accessories Sales Associate to assist retail customers in selecting and purchasing Motorcycle Parts & Accessories, ordering parts, stock inventory, and more. Good communication skills and telephone manners are necessary.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist retail customers in selecting and purchasing Motorcycle Parts and Accessories
• Order and stock parts and accessories into inventory
• Obtain parts for repair technicians
• Answer requests for parts information
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
• Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders.
• Attractively display merchandise
• Maintain organized and clean appearance for counters, displays, shelves, bins, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Parts Associate:

• Saturday availability is required
• Parts experience is preferred
• Good telephone manners
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good computer skills
• Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience
