CTF Illinois is looking for a friendly Part Time receptionist to greet individuals at our Mental Health clinic in South Holland, IL. This position offers a pay rate of $13/hr.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person
- Transfers callers to voice mail when someone is unavailable
- Receives and distributes mail
- Greets and directs visitors to the site
- Responsible for calling outpatient client to remind of next day appointments
- Create new client files
- Monthly verification of insurance-Medicheck
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Will take and retrieve messages for various persons
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the site, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeps entry area neat and tidy in appearance
- May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Required Experience, Education and/or Training:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Strong verbal/communication skills, customer service skills and ability to use multi-line telephone
- Basic organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively or independently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures
- Understanding and recognition of HIPPA laws
