Job description
This position is eligible for, but not limited to, medical, vision, dental, life and disability benefits in addition to varying time offs.
Primary Purpose:
- To be our front-line person, to greet people as they walk in the doors and connect
them with appropriate staff members and information.
Scope of Position/Essential Functions:
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and transfer them to
the appropriate staff members. - Take messages and deliver them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet those that walk through the door and connect them with correct staff
members. - Communicate correct information over the phone to those requesting said
information. - Assist with the collection and sorting of mail.
- Assist with seasonal projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Should have experience with customer service-related work as well as good
verbal and written communication skills.
Software-related skills:
- Knowledge of using the phone system, Online Databases, Email, Microsoft
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Understanding of English Language
- Customer Service Experience
- Bilingual preferred but not required
