Part Time Property Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform property and equipment inspections.
- Respond to tenant concerns.
- Order, pick up, and install supplies for repairs and maintenance to facilities and grounds.
- Oversee the contractors hired for facility and grounds repairs and maintenance.
- Be able to communicate effectively with all departments at the property in order to ensure quick response to resident inquiries and problems.
- Process quotes to ensure that all damage is documented and charged back to the responsible party.
- Conduct damage claim review board meetings.
- Meet with contractors.
- Answer resident requests.
- Maintain open communication channels with property management staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $58,174.00 - $62,514.00 per year
Schedule:

- On call

- Seattle, WA 98107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
