Upstate Door specializes in unique, one-of-a-kind custom door solutions. We have the expertise and capacity to manage all high-end interior, exterior, and specialty door needs out of our Warsaw or Castile manufacturing facilities. We're proud to say that all of our doors are manufactured right here in New York, and shipped out on our trucks to dealers and job sites along the east coast.

We are looking for a part time individual to assist with both the marketing team and complete tasks for the owner of the company. Ideally this person would work for 20 hours a week Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day.

• This person is committed to completing detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of quality
• They have a proven track record of persistence, stability and organization
• They must be business-minded and focused on helping drive the company forward
• They must be driven to provide solutions for our customers and decision influencers

Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing team to create marketing collateral
• Generate new leads and drive new business for sales team
• Work with various departments in the company on projects
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have at least a 2 year degree in a business field
• Must have experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be team oriented and be willing to learn new things
• Must be able to work in a team and independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
