Job description

ServiceMaster Services is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic full-time working supervisor to direct janitorial services in South Richmond. This individual will supervise a group of employees providing our customer with consistent, high-quality cleaning results.

Hours: 5:00pm-8:00pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $14/hour

Job Duties

• Direct staff to accomplish daily, weekly and project specified cleaning tasks.
• Train, supervise, develop and motivate your janitorial staff.
• Take corrective action when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.

Job Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants and co-workers.
• Strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
• Ability to think on feet, solve problems and make adjustments.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to teach, coach, motivate and develop people.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to the client's building.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays.
• Minimum Age: 18+ years old

Pay: $14.00 per hour
