Job Description
Assist in necessary set-up operations, line serving, and clean-up of service station and beverage bar at conclusion of meal period. Maintaining safe food temperatures and quality and portion control throughout meal period. Clean up and sanitation of area during and after shift. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Required Qualifications
Performs the duties of position in efficient manner, meeting the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer. Following hygienic hand practices, maintaining personal cleanliness, wearing clan and appropriate uniform and following dress codes.

Preferred Qualifications
Detail oriented, reliable, as well as a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision in a busy environment.

Physical Demands
Bending, lifting, standing for long periods. Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
