The Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP is seeking a part-time corporate attorney to join our corporate/transactional practice group.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of corporate/transactional experience in all or a majority of the following areas of corporate law:
- Mergers and acquisitions;
- Commercial lending;
- Securities offerings;
- Commercial leasing;
- Drafting, evaluating, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements;
- Entity formation, preparation of general organizational documents and annual maintenance;
- Intellectual property, trademarks;
- Employment law; and
- General corporate law and working knowledge of related legal terms, principles and corporate structures.
