Job description
A large active adult community is seeking a part-time concierge to assist in the clubhouse on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-7pm starting May 27th, 2023 and ending September 10th, 2023. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the field of Community Management, while undergoing mentoring and training all the while providing the following:
- Receives, stores, and/or delivers mail and luggage.
- Service residents, patrons, guests and other employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Starting date will be Saturday, May 27th, 2023 (Memorial Day Weekend) and the position will conclude Sunday, September 10th, 2023
$19.00 to 21.25/Hour, Saturdays and Sundays only*
Requirements
- Monitor the outdoor pool for compliance by the members & their guests with all rules allocable to the clubhouse amenities.
- Will have administrative duties (monitoring the phones and taking work order requests)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
