We are a fast-growing Self Storage management company, seeking a part-time employee for 16-24 hours per week. Experienced and skilled bookkeeper to maintain financial records for a group of our managed facilities. Founded in 1976, we are a family-owned business that’s always looking to grow, both in number of locations we own and manage as well as our employees’ abilities.
Your Responsibilities:
While bookkeeping will be the primary role there will be some office administration/management responsibilities which may include answering the phone, making bank deposits and ordering office supplies. Schedule: 3 Weekdays between 7am and 5pm
- Accurately record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts payable
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Preparation of monthly Financial Statements with analysis
- Identify and implement cost saving opportunities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
