Kumon of West Windsor is seeking part-time learning center assistants.

We are searching for bright, motivated, outgoing, friendly, and qualified individuals with excellent Math and Reading skills and a desire to help students reach their full potential in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students, retired educators, and people who are seeking a second part-time job.

Qualifications and Skills

• Available Sunday 1 to 4 PM, Monday 4 to 7 PM, Wednesday 4 to 7 PM (Required with No Acceptions)
• High Proficiency in Math, Reading, and High School Literature
• Good instructional skills
• Ability to observe, understand, and communicate with children
• Ability to explain concepts in a simple and clear manner to children
• Comfortable working with children
• This is a year-round part-time job
• High School Diploma (Required with No Acceptions)
• 2 year or 4 year College Degree preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

All students, staff, and parents are required to wear face masks, several no-touch hand sanitizers are throughout the building, common and frequently used surfaces are cleaned with Lysol, and the center is disinfected by UVc light after each closing.
