What You Will Do...
We are looking for a Part time Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to align priorities in accordance with business goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position will assist with various administrative projects and tasks, as well as assist with managing inventory and updating mico-sites for multiple locations. Candidate must possess strong acclimation to detail and excellent communications skills. Morning availability is required.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Proofread and provide recommendations/corrections for company communications
- Monitor and handle inventory for all centers
- Update and send out communication via micro-sites for all locations.
- Schedule vendor services for centers.
- Research for special organizational projects.
- Create and assist in the preparation of reports, forms and documents.
- Assist in planning of events such as meetings, celebrations, etc.
- Various administrative duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- One+ years of administrative support experience.
- Computer literacy with command of Microsoft Office, Google Docs and database applications.
- Independent decision maker capable of working with limited direction.
- Ability to handle quick turnaround requests in a deadline driven environment.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills and timely follow through.
- Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
