Parks Customer Service Representative Lead

You will be trusted to:
- At an expert level, provides customer service to park visitors at multiple park locations.
- Ensures coordination of park reservations, special events and rentals with LCRA staff to guarantee adequate resources and physical setups are completed.
- Acts as district lead with Reserve America, an online reservation booking system.
- Collects, counts and prepares cash and check deposits. Reconciles credit card and bank statements.
- Oversees the scheduling of staff including full-time employees, contract employees, stipend park hosts and volunteers to ensure administrative, office, operational and special events are supported.
- Uphold the LCRA values of operating with integrity, focus on safety, showing respect, taking initiative and focusing on service.
You qualify with:
- Six or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting. A degree(s) in parks and recreation, education, business, communications, marketing, public relations, government affairs, political science, technical area of specialty or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
