Gilman & Bedigian, LLC is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our Litigation Department.

Presently, we are actively looking for full time administrative staff and paralegals to join our growing firm. We have immediate need for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in our office. This position is essential in our firm, as it will assist attorneys in a busy Litigation Department.

The day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Processing incoming Litigation mail
• Construct and revise pleadings and motions
• E-filing
• Calendaring and Scheduling
• Communicating with clients and attorneys
• Assisting the Litigation Department in any other task assigned

We have a high volume of cases, this means that this position is a busy one. Candidates must be able to multi-task, have basic computer skills, and MUST be able to develop a great rapport with our clients. Candidates must be responsible, organized, highly motivated, and have superb communication skills.

Experience working in a law firm is required.

Experience working in a Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice firm is preferred.

Knowledge of Needles preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience.
