Family Law ParalegalDirect Hire Opportunity
FurstStaffing is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Family Law Paralegal to join a thriving law firm in Winnebago County. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and adapt well to sudden changes in assignments and workflow. As a Family Law Paralegal at this firm, you will be responsible for managing client information, preparing and maintaining legal documents, and assisting in the organization and review of discovery materials. You will also be responsible for e-filing in multiple counties and conducting legal research as needed, among other Paralegal tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous paralegal experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications. You should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. A college degree or paralegal certification is preferred, but we will consider candidates with equivalent experience and ability.
The salary for this full-time position is competitive and based on experience. The target range is $41K to $52K. If you are confident, tech-savvy, and possess a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
