Job description
Our healthcare facility is looking for a Maintenance Painter to join our team. The tech helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. They will be responsible for proper and safe preparation, repair, application and continuing maintenance of painted or related surfaces, both interior and exterior of Lorien Mt. Airy.
Our healthcare facility is looking for a Full-Time Painter with additional maintenance skills!

Requirements
- Completing paint work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Point up/finishing skills
- Carpentry and HVAC experience, preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
- Light plumbing experience
- Light electrical experience
- Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and a self-starter
- Enthusiastic
- Protect residents by adhering to infection control and isolation procedures and following reporting procedures.
Compensation:
- Annual cost of living increases
- Starting rate $13.50 (more offered based on experience)
