Summary:

The Paid Search Specialist will work closely with the Director of Digital to manage Google Ads. The ideal candidate is a search marketing specialist who is an ambitious self-starter with proven experience managing PPC campaigns, Google, and Bing Ads from pixel implementations to remarketing.

Responsibilities:

• Strong campaign management experience (Agency experience is preferred)
• Self-directed with an understanding of prioritization based on objectives
• Knowledge of competitive trends in the event/sports space
• Able to build clean PPC structures with superior quality/optimization score
• Work closely with web design and development to create landing pages for specific campaigns using A/B testing for CRO
• Keyword research using SEMrush
• Search Console monitoring and recommendations
• Able to review Analytics for campaign performance
• Work closely with other departments, from social to marketing, to plan and execute specific campaigns
• Able to build reports from budget to conversions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital commerce or marketing/communication or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Google Ads experience
• Google Ads certifications
• Google Analytics experience
• Experience with events and sports content using lead generations and ticket sales tactics
• Experience using research tools like Search Console and SEMrush
• Exceptional communication skills
• Advanced ad copywriting skills for lead generation or direct response
