Responsibilities:

• Follow and understand plant's GMP policies\
• Follow and understand plant's PPE policies
• Understands BOS program and completes as required
• Follows all lock-out/tag-out safety procedures
• Understands chemical MSDS and can follow chemical handling procedure
• Understands and can calculate the Shift Indicator
• Understands and can performs Risk Prediction
• Able to complete all quality documentation for Pack 1 equipment
• Understands and can follow procedure for pulling quality samples
• Understands and can follow evaporated milk hold procedures
• Understands and can follow filler room sanitation procedures
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for Depalletizers
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for Case Packers
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for can and case coders
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for CASI check weighers
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for conveyors
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for Hartness Robot
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for tray former
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for case wrappers
• Can operate and conduct basic troubleshooting for pouch case taper
• Understands and can complete CILs for Pack 1 equipment
• Understands and can build pallet patterns
• Has completed New Hire Orientation
• Understands the CBN and how it links to their position
• Participate in and complete Process Flow training
• Understands work order system and can generate work orders
• Understands KPI and how the employee can impact
• Understand and can maintain plant housekeeping standards

Qualifications:

• High School or Equivalent (i.e. GED)

• Be able to follow instructions, read and understand equipment manuals and procedures.
• Able to work all required shifts

• Standing continuously for at least 2 – 3 hours at one time.

Frequent- Lifting, Rotating and Stooping with up to 5 Lbs.

• Occasional- Lifting, rotating, and stooping with up to 25 Lbs.

• Infrequent- Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
