Gateway Overnite is currently recruiting & hiring hardworking, reliable, and safe Van and Box truck delivery drivers to provide exceptional delivery service to local customers. This position is active, often strenuous, and will test the limits of your endurance, problem-solving and patience. Don't worry, the Gateway team is here to help you!

Position Available: Package Delivery Driver (Full time and part time available)
Driver Experience:
You will:
- Loadout your van each morning
- Deliver packages to houses, apartments, and businesses.
- Often walk-up flights of stairs to deliver.
- Drive vans averaging 120+ miles per day.
- Make an average of 50-60 stops per day, yes only 50-60!
- Encounter many happy DHL customers who are excited to receive their packages!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-8:00pm
Pay: $21.50 base pay, goes to $22 after 90-day probationary period
Bonus: $2 per hour biweekly bonus opportunity (Performance/attendance).

Qualified Candidates Will:
- Be safe, reliable, and Customer Obsessed!
- Be age 21 or over.
- Have a current driver’s license and be able to safely operate a van
- Have a clean driving record and clean criminal background.
- Be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen (this includes marijuana)
- Be a team player, but also be able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Be able to lift 60 lbs. (most packages are less than 20 lbs.), with or without accommodation.
- Be able to climb flights of stairs each day.
- Be able to overcome challenges and solve problems.
- Be able to have fun and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be resilient too day by day challenges and changes
No CDL Required! The company provides vehicles!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour
