We have part time receptionist positions available!
Available hours include M-F 4pm-9pm, Saturday 8am-3pm, 3pm-9pm and Sunday 11am-6pm
Service Department Receptionist needed Monday 8:00 am until 7:00 pm, Tuesday-Friday 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am until 6:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers with a smile
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the appropriate Ourisman associate
- Work cooperatively with the sales and service teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation and appearance
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
