Sound technical knowledge on PeopleSoft technicals i.e. PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integrations, CI, App Package, SQR, BI Publisher, nVision, PSQuery.

Functional exposure on PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 modules- AP, GL, eProcurement, Purchasing, AM.
Perform design, development, unit test and migration of enhancements in PeopleSoft Financials.
Knowledge of integrations/interfaces between Peoplesoft and other third party applications.
Ability to perform impact analysis, root cause, analysis for production issues.
Ability to work on AMS project with knowledge of ITSM processes & tools(like Service Now).
Create/maintain documents(binders, KCD's) as per HONDA Methodology.
Prepare & present weekly & monthly status reports
Leverage existing Honda AMS process handbooks and tweak to align with AHFC service delivery processes
Co-ordinate with existing incident management team for Honda and monitor the incident resolution
Work on PeopleSoft critical issues
Work on critical integration issues between PS Fin and other applications in scope
Coordinate with end users to understand issues and also help them in SOX Audit processes
Execute enhancements as per Honda J-flow Methodology to ensure meeting Business Objectives, schedule & quality
Suggest system improvement methods to Honda- Automation tools & new technology and process Improvement
