Hours: 6pm-6pm;
Every other weekend required

Mission at Maple Springs a brand new facility in Brigham City that was build specifically to meet the mission values. Nurses help fulfill the care requirements of our patients in a warm, hotel style environment. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice. The nurse will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents. This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious professional.
Responsibilities
- IV therapy
- Blood draws
- Administering and monitoring oxygen
- Monitoring blood sugar
- Medications
- Catheters
- Nasogastric tubes
- Wound care
- Educating patients and family members
- Reporting changes to physician
- Documentation, Documentation, Documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Strong desire to care for elderly
- First aid and CPR certification
- Able to pass background screening
