Our Lexington division is currently seeking passionate, hard-working Outsourcing Representative to join our family and become a co-owner in our business!

You'll be responsible for:

• Being the primary point of contact for outside vendor sales
• Helping internal customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
• Developing a trusted advisor relationship with vendors
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicating clearly the progress of orders and shipments
• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Monitoring and analyze customer's usage of our product
• Working with the Sales team to onboard new vendors
• Being a Liaison between the vendors and customer service and sales teams

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Combination of degree and experience may be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization including diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, and sound decision-making.
• Strong work and personal ethics.
• Proven Account management experience
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
• Expert at Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing dynamic environment.
