Pinballz operates three family entertainment centers located in north, central, and south Austin, Texas. Each location offers a unique experience of classic and new arcade games, multiple exciting attractions, a full restaurant with multiple bars (or BYOB), party and event facilities for kids and adults, and so much more.

We are seeking an Acquisition Sales Manager to help us increase our party and event revenue at all three facilities. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic that loves getting out in the field meeting customers or making outbound phone calls daily to acquire new customers. We seek passionate individuals who share our business ethics and who are familiar with the Austin area.

Job Requirements*

The successful Acquisition Sales Manager will live within Austin and will preferably have a 4-year college degree and/or comparable experience.

Must include in cover letter or resume detailing the measurable quotas and goals that you have met in past jobs. Specifically, we want to see what you have sold !

Additional requirements of this role include:

• Past experience meeting and exceeding a new account/customer sales acquisition quota
• Past experience and successful strategy of making dozens of outbound sales calls per day with a strong success rate for conversions
• Ability to sell not just products but Experiences
• Have an outgoing personality with a confident and positive attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Must have the desire to work with a dynamic company selling amazing experiences for the customers.
• Excellent organizational, negotiating, and time management skills.
• We are not seeking sales managers or account managers that want to work within an existing account base.

Note there will be some inbound sales that you can receive commissions on, but your quota will not rely on this.
