Seeking LCMHC/LCSW/LMFT – Fully Licensed or Associate to join an established and consistently growing outpatient private practice in Albemarle, NC.

This is a salaried position with benefits and a four-day work week.

The provider is responsible for providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes. Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients and their families. Responsible for intakes, assessment, treatment, and discharge planning, individual, family counseling, and family support services. Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and ensure implementation of treatment and discharge plans. Provides services to patients in outpatient or telehealth settings.

Ideal candidates:

• Comfortable working with a diverse population, children, adolescents, and adults
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in North Carolina.
• In-office position with opportunities for telehealth or on-site services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
