Outbound Customer Service Representative
Job description
Essential Duties + Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and complete required surveys
- Log necessary data and metrics as needed
- Provide friendly, caring, and professional customer service to both internal and external
- Manage inbound calls servicing ULG’s
- Escalate critical issues to Supervisor
- Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators, including managed volume of calls per day and/or call minutes per
- Ensure database information is correct
- Other duties as may be reasonably
Education, Experience + Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service-related fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft
- Must manage a high level of professionalism
- Requires excellent customer service and organization
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both in written and verbal in
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
