Responsibilities
Cashier/Retail Clerk:
1. Provide Best in Class customer service, always display a customer first mindset
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Officer:
1. Provide consistent, composed, professional communication and response in interactions with all individuals
5. Assist in store closing procedures
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
All Team Members:
1. Effectively organize work and work areas for maximum productivity and efficiency
6. Use sound judgment when making decisions
Cashier/Retail Clerk:
1. Provide excellent customer service in person or over the telephone
3. Maintain a professional manner under pressure and handle difficult situations with customers in a positive way
Asset Protection Positions:
1. Use sound judgment and discretion
4. Ability to maintain composure, de-escalate and be responsive not reactive under pressure and in handling difficult situations
What you need to qualify
1. Must be able to work all football home games, special events and first week of each term.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working in high volume, extremely busy retail environments
3. Asset Protection Positions: prefer experience and aptitude toward security and discreet observation
Work Environment: This position works directly with patrons of the store assisting with retail transactions. There is frequent use of a computer keyboard, computer screen, and telephone. Your work is primarily indoors and will include extended periods of time standing, bending, stooping, and/or reaching for merchandise. You may be required to lift up to 40 pounds.
