Position description:
Take ownership of your on classroom environment as an OSHC leader. Guaranteed 32.75 hours a minimum per week part time. Already established team of educators who know the ins and outs of the day + side by side mentored induction. Above award wages for candidates with experience.

About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

About the service:
Charthouse has is own beautiful classroom environment with kitchenette and toilet facilities attached, we have a team of dedicated educators already and we are seeking our next passionate leader.
Attendance
Before school: 20-30 children
After school: 30-40 children

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
Australian work rights
ACECQA approved WA OSHC Qualification.
