Job Responsibilities
As an OS&D Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving freight exceptions such as overages, shortages, damages, refused, and unmarked freight.
Will handle O, S & D along with appointments for the WAU Terminal. In addition, will handle some appointments and O,S, & D for MSP Terminal
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Transportation experience
OS&D experience
Customer service experience
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of AS400 system
