We are seeking a highly motivated ortho treatment coordinator with a great attitude who is fun, detail oriented, compassionate and loves treating children to join our state of the art, modern practice.

We have a beautiful office with an energetic team, the latest technology, and a diverse patient base. Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and assisting with their scheduling and financial needs

• Schedule and mange new patient and treatment appointments

• Handle and responds promptly to incoming calls, texts, e-mails, voicemails, or faxes

• Schedules and confirms appointment dates and times

• Checking insurance eligibility and orthodontic coverage

• Check patients in and out

• Process and present financial contracts with patients

• Present treatment plans

• Perform end of day procedures, balance accounts and prepare deposits daily

• Follow up on all patient referrals, unscheduled treatment plans and recalls
