Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

As a member of the Transformation organization, this individual will be driving people through new programs, systems, and/or processes by conveying business impact through clear messaging, change champions, and stakeholder management while creating change readiness and monitoring adoption of the change. In close partnership with various stakeholders and team members, they will support the build out and influence the activation of a comprehensive change management strategy and plan, initially focusing on Transformation and IT priorities and expanding focus in the future.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure new programs, process, and tools are adopted successfully and meets the needs we were striving for
  • Leveraging change practice tools and methodologies:
  • Support the translation of strategic direction and business objectives into holistic change strategies
  • Gather information, build action plans, and engage employees in design and development of plans and execute
  • Monitor progress, identifying issues and celebrating successes and supporting continuous improvement of change implemented
  • Own and facilitate appropriate change management forums to ensure alignment across various stakeholders and project teams.
  • Continuously identify leading practices to develop and apply tools, techniques, and approaches to managing change throughout various levels of the organization and business.
  • Build change management capability in others –business leaders, project leaders and stakeholders on change management methods and the application of change management best practices and tools.
  • Immediate priority will be on obtaining a deep understanding of Transformation projects in flight and or on deck for kick off and building a change management strategy and plan to support a successful activation and adoption with minimal disruption to teams and the business.
  • Support the build out and maintenance of dashboards and reports needed.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Experience participating in large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Influencer, negotiator, and team player that can easily build trust and strong relationships with peers, teams, and key stakeholders
  • Ability to view and analyze projects from a program owner perspective as well as the business/end user perspective to determine what is needed to be successful holistically
  • Competent in facilitating meetings with various functional areas represented and driving deep conversations, alignment or quick decision making
  • Minimum BA/BS degree in business, human resources management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in change management, CM certification or equivalent preferred
  • Proven success as organizational change manager for a large-scale program
  • Experience in program management and transformation programs
  • Work with a global team
  • Ability to break down problem statements into actionable activities to progress program and transformation
  • Proven experience working in a matrixed environment with various teams and connecting back to a centralized center of expertise to drive consistency and alignment
  • Proven ability to successfully work in a hybrid environment
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and activities
  • Experience with regulatory / quality / or manufacturing programs nice to have
  • Prosci change management methodology certification or experience a plus

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. In highest cost-of-labor areas the pay rate for this position is $113,700 to $192,000; the pay rate in the majority of the US is $138000 to $160,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
