Provides basic nursing care and transports patients to assist in the promotion of a world class environment. Performs or assists with the patients’ activities of daily living and transports patients utilizing the Relationship Based Care model. Assists the healthcare team by collecting, reporting, documenting, and delivering care to support high quality and safe outcomes.High School/GED and previous health care experience highly desired.
