RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update the Pending Approvals report for the Ecommerce Sales Team
- Understanding VLOOKUP and how to do Pivot tables are a must
- Send out emails to our partner DCs for late purchase orders and due today purchase orders
- Review validity of order details such as number of purchase orders and units in WMS given by Order Management Analyst
- Coordinate with warehouse replenishment team and Order Management Analysts any discrepancies/rejections on inventory
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups
- Prepare documents such as shipping labels, packing lists, pallet summaries, load guides, and BOLs
- Coordinate any last-minute short picking, missed pick-up, and/or overflows back to Order Management Analysts and update (submit missed pick-up tickets) on the customer website
- Confirm all purchase orders are picked up, scanned, and upload all BOLs
- Process returns and undelivered goods on the website, if needed, and update the returns report
- Run reports (WIP) ‘work in progress as needed
- Update the WIP Information Report
- Compare the number of purchase orders from the portal to NetSuite for Ecommerce orders
- Cancel any purchase orders that have inventory discrepancies in WMS, NetSuite, and the website for Ecommerce Orders
- Update Work in Progress board
- Handle all alerts, cancellations, replacement parts, etc. on the customer’s website
- Communicate to Senior Warehouse Leadership the weekly orders forecast, and future rollouts
- Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and best practices
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS and NetSuite a plus
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
