Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Supervisor oversees the order fulfillment team at the Distribution Center. They are responsible for synchronizing the activities of the team to ensure the on-time picking, packing, and shipping of sales orders. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, supporting, and optimizing the daily functions and professional development of their core team members. This role participates in FOH®’s Junior Leadership Team to prepare for managerial growth.

• This is a permanent full-time salary position with direct reports
• Full-Time schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Major Duties Include:

• Supervise pickers and packers to ensure the completion of daily sales orders according to the ship-by date
• Monitors and distributes daily workloads to the pickers and packers
• Reviews with the packing coordinator and shipping team leader the orders in “RELEASE” status in Resolv
• Ensures the excellence of the workspace through enforcing housekeeping duties of his core team members
• Reports factory packaging concerns to the Order Fulfillment Manager
• Reviews TM’s daily productivity and error logs with the Order Fulfillment Manager to uncover successes and training needs
• Confirms Tradeshow orders are picked, packed and ship on time
• Communicates any challenges in processing the day’s shipments to the Sales and Customer Service team
• Maintains records of core team members’ achievements, productivity and development opportunities to assist in preparing and delivering IDPs and annual reviews
• Provides training, coaching and inspiration to impact team member development

Education, Experience, and Computer Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years of supervisor experience in a warehouse setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this role, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The team member frequently is required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is frequently required to sit; The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Team Members may also need to pull or push 800lbs pallet jacks.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat.
