The Fountainhead Group is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our FGI Family and support our growing Shipping Department. Reporting to the Shipping Manager, the Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurate and timely product packaging, staging, and organization to support order fulfillment for national and international customers.

What You’ll Do:
The below describes a typical day as a member of our collaborative Manufacturing Department, but additional responsibilities may be required by the Shipping Manager.

1. Prepare and stage all customer and retail shipping orders, including small part or complete product packaging and organization

2. Track and report all product supply inventory on hand-held scanning devices to facilitate order fulfillment for the Shipping Department, including product movement and storage.

Who You Are:
1. 2+ Years of Warehousing experience required

2. Prior Forklift Operation experience preferred

3. You possess the physical stamina to stand throughout a shift, maneuver various products, and lift 30 pounds of material

4. You can understand digital processes and equipment, including Warehouse tablets and scanners

5. You are a skilled written and verbal communicator in English

6. You are a team player who likes to work collaboratively
