Job description

We are looking to hire a Order Fulfillment Administrator to support the initial roll-outs and move/add/change activity. This position is located in Gaithersburg, MD.


Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates customer service skills and serves as the tactical single point of contact for order processing and routine installation activities and issues.
• Works closely with customers, Program Management, and Installation Managers to oversee and manage customer activities and expectations. Processes orders for broadband service using proprietary ordering system.
• Updates and modifies existing orders as needed, communicating changes to customer and Installation Management.
• Works to meet customer installation requirements and resolves site issues to customer’s satisfaction. Updates databases, generates reports for customers and management, monitors daily installation calendars and activities. Establishes familiarity with customer databases, specifications, requirements, and restrictions.


Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree OR education and experience of relevant work
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to forecast needs and possible problems and recommend solutions.
• Ability to apply theories and techniques and see possible outcomes within own related area.
• Work with policies, procedures, and principals with few or no precedents.
• Choose among multiple alternatives with little guidance and has the ability to solve complex or novel problems.
• High analytical thinking and minimal supervision.
