Primary Responsibilities:
- General SCN knowledge or experience
- Experience with coordinating with various programs during the launch and early orbit process
Two or more years of experience of conducting analysis and applying problem solving skills in the below areas:
- Orbital Analysis
- Maneuver/Relocation Processing
- Satellite Decay/Reentry
- Launch, early orbit, disposal operations, and anomaly resolution
- Strong customer service and effectively verbal communication skills
- Previous or current customer experience with 22SOPS or Delta 6
- Space Defense Operations Center (SPADOC), National Space Defense Center (NSDC), or Join Space Operations Center (JSpOC) experience
- Experience with coordinating with various programs during the launch and early orbit process
- Experience with Satellite Tool Kit (STK)
- Experience with ephemeris and TLE formatting, to include identifying errors in lines to communicate to users.
- Experience with Perl or equivalent scripting language
Contender will be required to gain Level 1 certification within 120 days of start date and Level 2 certification one year after start date. On the job training will be provided to ensure your success.
