We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for an Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse Architect role at one of our client site.

PMCS is seeking a Lead Data Warehouse Architect who has hands-on technical subject matter expertise with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) combined with proven experience architecting end-to-end Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions. Must be able to lead the customer through requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation of a greenfield Enterprise Data Warehouse and Enterprise Analytics Solution in the Oracle Public Cloud.

Responsibilities include providing full life cycle subject matter expertise and support for a new Enterprise Data Warehouse and Analytics project in the Oracle Cloud. This includes Planning & Requirements Analysis; Requirement Definition; Design and Architecture; Implementation & Development; Testing; and Sustainment Support (O&M) over the course of the project.

Must be an excellent communicator, have the ability to bridge the gap between the business and technical teams, instill confidence and trust in the customer stakeholders, and create a positive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on expertise with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Warehouse Architect
• Strong experience and understanding of the below:
• Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
• Data Warehouse Design and Architecture
• Data Architecture, Modeling, and Enterprise Database Design
• Extract-Transform-Load (ETL/ELT) and Database Development
• Business Intelligence Development (Dashboards and Reports)
• 5+ Oracle DBA experience
• A strong Oracle background including Data Architecture, and Oracle BI stack
• Master Data Management implementation, both technically and functionally
• Strong Oracle DBA skills in a Data Warehouse environment
• Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
• Work with users to design and develop OBIEE and/or OAC reports and dashboards
• Ability to provide support to test the entire solution (unit, system, user acceptance, etc.)
• Experience collecting, analyzing and documenting user requirements
• Excellent communications skills to interact with client and other developers, including training and mentoring of team members
• Project Leadership skills including understanding, designing, and implementing the technical solution as well as leading the entire technical team to ensure that they follow the approach and meet deadlines.
• Experience and/or certifications with Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Data Integrator, or Oracle Cloud Analytics are a plus.
• Ability to work as a collaborative team, mentoring and training the client on various tools and techniques to build a complete Analytics solution.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
