• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum one year of OR posting experience required.

• Registers patients for surgery and adds HAR's to patients accounts.
• Notes changes that impact OR Posting and implements them appropriately.
• Performs data update entry on a daily or as needed basis on physician suspension for incomplete charts.
• Coordinates schedule, including consideration of resident, surgical coordinator, assistant coverage, special equipment needs, appropriate time block and coordination with Radiology when necessary.
• Inform Practice Administrators, Physicians, Surgical Coordinator, Patient Care Director, OR Charge Nurse, Pre-op Testing and Center for Outpatient Surgery of concerns and issues related to scheduling.
