Purpose:
The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for coordination and management of operational
tasks within the Site Management division of the Operations department

Job Functions:
1. Oversee the sites grounds maintenance program. Manage vendors, keep track of sites that need

to be included in quarterly site maintenance schedules, and manage the PO and invoicing
process for these vendors.

2. Create and issue purchase order and check requests related to Operations projects
3. Review close-out packages/photos and approving invoices for the programs outlined above in a

timely manner
4. Complete research through local municipalities/jurisdictions and vendors
5. Work directly with a team of regional remote operations employees, assisting with operations

projects and database entry
6. Track and review weekly site inspection reports
7. Assist with the integration and maintenance of newly built/acquired tower sites
8. Collaborate with teammates to ensure the Operations Manual is current and information is

updated quarterly
9. Support the Director of Operations with annual budgeting process and gathering budget inputs

from the regional operations teams
10. Other special projects as assigned by supervisor

Supervisory Requirements:
None

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Position will work directly from the corporate office with minimal travel. Required to attend
department and company meetings.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related preferred or equivalent combination of education and

experience
2. Minimum 3 years of project coordination or management and administrative support experience

in the wireless communications or broadcast industry preferred
3. Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting role preferred
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel including data comparison, formulas, and pivot tables and

proficient with other MS Office suite products
5. Excellent client relationship management skills
6. Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual who is a self-starter
7. Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and working independently and as part of a team
8. Aptitude for success in a corporate environment with an entrepreneurial approach
