Title: Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Operations Manager provides administrative and operational management support. Primary responsibilities include project financial status reporting, development of contract budgets, and oversight of purchasing and lease agreements. The Operations Manager participates in establishing and updating division forecasts of revenue and entered orders. The candidate will monitor and ensure quality of deliverables provided to a wide range of customers. The Operation Manager duties include compilation of findings, tracking expenditures, reviewing expense reports, maintaining financial records, data analysis, and additional administrative and financial tasks. The incumbent will create reports and presentation materials with charts and illustrations, and proof contents for accuracy. The Operations Manager gathers, researches, and collects information needed to complete project tasks or reports. This position will take on additional duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and SharePoint experience is a must. Experience in Defense contracting is preferred.
