What will I do as an Operations Manager?

• Coach and Mentor Team Members
• Develop Talent
• Convert Strategy into plans and actions for the team
• Be an active leader; advocating for and increasing production efficiencies and on time delivery performance

Proven operational management and financial excellence experience desired!

Education/Experience would include:

• College degree and/or 5+ years of equivalent manufacturing management experience
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, customer contact skills, and telephone etiquette skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Credible, responsive team-player, able to track and report on success of programs
• Forward-thinking, continuous learner who Champions operational and production efficiencies
• Proven operations management experience, proven planning/decision-making skills, and problem resolution skills
• Flexibility to support multi shift operation
• Thorough understanding of business operations and processes
